I have seen both Drs at this practice and they are both fantastic. Took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me. The staff were just as wonderful, very knowledgeable about the glasses has picked out frames the look fantastic on me. Super happy with all my experiences at this office.

Both doctors are great. The sales staff made several condescending comments to me about not being able to afford a certain pair of lenses. It was a really weird experience. The incompetence with a new payment system has caused all sorts of issues with my order. They refused to contact the third party payment company to assist me. It’s definitely a bizarre attitude for an opticare in lapeer. I feel like those ladies thought they were Chanel associates. They were quite rude and it was an uncomfortable environment.

I can not say enough great things about Opticare Lapeer. Dr. Pender and Maggie are the best. My son had vision therapy the past few months there and not only did he enjoy going but he also has made great progress at school since completing therapy. Highly recommend!

I had my first visit there last week and it was not your usual eye appointment. My young daughter came with me and ended up getting sick all over their office. They were so understanding and kind. I had the quickest eye appointment ever and they sent us home with a makeshift garbage to avoid further mess. I went in for contacts on a Thursday and they were delivered by Saturday!

I have been going to Opticare for over five years and the ladies In the office and the incredible doctors have always Taking good care of me. I started out wearing glasses and now wearing Disposable contacts every day. Anytime I needed more while waiting for my order to come in. They were always there to take care of me, so I never ran out! I highly recommend them for all of your eyecare needs.
